Insurance
Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. I am currently "in-network" with Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare. As a courtesy, I am also happy to submit claims to any other insurance companies on your behalf, but your "out-of-network" benefits would be applied. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?

I do not bill for services or communications which take less than 15 minutes.
Payment
Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted for payment.
Cancellation Policy
If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session. Missed appointments cannot be billed to your insurance company. Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
